In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pediapulse Health Services Private Limited.

The Platform enables the sale and delivery of health and wellness products and related items. We serve as a platform facilitating transactions between you ("you", "user", "Buyer") and us. Product availability, categories, and offerings may change from time to time at our discretion.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use the Platform. Use by minors is prohibited. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with any agreements you hold with your payment providers.

4. Registration & Account Security

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details, and to keep them updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Product Listings & Transactions

  • All prices, taxes, delivery charges, and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

9. Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on product type, availability, and your location, and are handled through our third-party delivery and logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk and title in the products pass to you upon delivery. Once an order has been delivered, our delivery-related liability ends, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

  • We may update, suspend, or modify the Platform or these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms are effective upon posting on the Platform.
  • Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that transaction. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India, at the location of our registered office.
