Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the "Modular" Jungle Gym different from standard ones?
This system lets you customise the configuration — add or remove attachments (like the rock climbing wall, rope ladder, or swings) and adjust the height of the monkey bars as your child grows taller. While standard jungle gyms are designed for ages 2–5, this series is engineered for older children up to 15 years, with increased height and advanced difficulty for a meaningful challenge. It is exclusively wall-mounted for a sleek, sturdy profile that maximises floor space, and it evolves alongside your child's physical journey — suitable for ages 4 to 15 years.

Do you provide home consultations or site visits?
We don't currently offer on-site visits, but planning is easy: connect with our team over a video call and our specialists can view your space in real time and recommend the best configuration for your walls. Tip: keep a measuring tape handy during the call so we can verify dimensions on the spot.

How much weight can the Jungle Gym hold? Is it safe for older kids?
Yes — it's built for heavy-duty play. The components are strength-tested to hold up to 80 kg, robust enough for energetic play by older children up to 15 years.

Do I need professional help for installation?
The gym is designed for relatively easy assembly, though it does require drilling into walls for stability. Install it yourself using the detailed manual, have any local skilled carpenter fit it using the manual, or opt for a paid installation service in select locations.

Can I install this outdoors?
The jungle gyms are designed exclusively for indoor use. Sun, rain, or high humidity can damage the natural wood and weaken the structure, so keeping it indoors ensures it lasts and stays safe. A fully covered balcony with no direct sun or rain exposure is fine.

How can I get a GST invoice for my order?
GST invoices can be provided before your order is dispatched. Share your Order ID and GST number with our support team and we'll send the invoice across.
