Frequently Asked Questions

What age is this good for?
Your child can begin climbing the ladder and rock wall as early as age 2. As they grow, they'll take on more advanced features like the monkey bar and the loft platform. It's designed to grow with your child up to age 10.

How much weight can it hold, and can multiple kids play on it together?
It's strength-tested for up to 80 kg, comfortably supporting 3-4 children playing together.

How much space do I need for it, open and folded?
Folded flat, it takes up barely any space against the wall. Opened out, it extends to approximately 6.5 feet.

How long does it take to fold it up?
About 10 minutes. It's simple enough for any parent to manage alone, with no professional or extra help required.

How many attachments can be used at the same time?
3-4 attachments while it's expanded, and 2 while it's folded away.

Can I buy additional attachments separately?
Yes, additional attachments can be purchased and added on whenever you like.

How long does installation take, and what's included?
Initial setup takes around 2 hours. All hardware and screws are included — the only thing not included is a drill, needed for anchoring it to the wall, which any local carpenter can help with.

Do you offer installation support?
We don't provide installation as standard, but it's straightforward enough for any local carpenter to handle. A detailed installation video and manual are also included.

Can this be used outdoors?
It's designed for indoor use only. If it's ever exposed to moisture, wipe it dry promptly. Placed outdoors, the wood's colour will change with sun exposure and it isn't built to withstand moisture over time.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched the next day. Given the size and weight of the piece, delivery typically takes 7-10 days.

What happens if something arrives damaged?
No worries at all. If you get any damaged or faulty part it will be replaced free of cost — just inform our team within 24 hours of delivery.
