Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Wall Ladder connect with other Curious Cub products?
Yes — it seamlessly connects with the Curious Cub Modular Jungle Gym series. You can accessorise it with Curious Cub hanging attachments and set the monkey-bar height to suit your child's age, expanding the setup as they grow.

Do I need professional help for installation?
It's designed for relatively easy assembly but does require drilling into the wall for stability. Install it yourself using the detailed manual, have any local skilled carpenter fit it, or opt for a paid installation service in select locations.

Can I install this outdoors?
It's designed exclusively for indoor use. Sun, rain, or high humidity can damage the natural wood and weaken the structure, so keeping it indoors ensures it lasts and stays safe. A fully covered balcony with no direct sun or rain exposure is fine.

How can I get a GST invoice for my order?
GST invoices can be provided before your order is dispatched. Share your Order ID and GST number with our support team and we'll send the invoice across.
