Frequently Asked Questions

What age is this good for?
Starting from age 1, your child can begin climbing the ladder, and the structure grows with them up to age 9. The monkey bar height is adjustable, so even smaller children can hang from it comfortably.

How much space do I need for it?
The product needs no floor space — it needs wall space only: 5.8 feet in height and 5 feet in width.

How much weight can it take? Can multiple kids play on it together?
It's strength-tested for up to 80 kg. 3-4 children can comfortably play on it together, making it a great fit for playdates too.

What is it made of?
Solid pinewood, beechwood, and birch ply. Real wood, no plastic shortcuts.

Is the monkey bar (chin-up bar) movable?
Yes, it is. You can adjust the monkey bar height to suit your child's age, height and comfort level — so the product truly grows with the child.

Can I customise the height or configuration?
Every space and child is different. For that level of customisation, take a look at our Modular Jungle Gym series, which lets you configure the setup exactly as you'd like.

Can I add extra attachments, like a swing?
A gymnastics ring and trapeze bar are compatible with this product. If you're looking for the full range of attachments, our Modular series offers more options.

If space is limited, can the parts be installed separately?
This particular set is a single, complete structure installed on the wall as one unit. If you'd like the flexibility to install parts separately, our Modular Jungle Gym is built to offer that.

Do you offer installation support?
We don't provide installation as standard, but it's simple enough for any local carpenter to handle. A detailed installation video and manual are also included.

Can this be used outdoors?
It's designed for indoor use only. If it's ever exposed to moisture, wipe it dry promptly. Placed outdoors, the wood's colour will change with sun exposure and it isn't built to withstand moisture over time.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched the next day; delivery typically takes 7-10 days.
